LTC4 Skills Development Training

About LTC4

LTC4 is now recognised as the industry standard for legal IT training.

LTC4 (Legal Technology Core Competencies Certification Coalition) is a non-profit organisation which brings together over 120 leading law firms, corporate legal departments and training providers in the UK, Europe, US and Canada to develop a competency framework for legal IT skills. Click here for a list of the LTC4 member firms.

LTC4 training courses focus on common tasks and recognisable workflows, which are organised into ‘learning plans’. Each Learning Plan can be customised for individual law firms, in terms of the technology in place, the different tasks Fee Earners and Support Staff undertake and recommended best practice.

After attending all of the courses within a particular Learning Plan, users can then sit an assessment which will result in LTC4 certification.
